Strype Injury Lawyers
Project Description
The purpose of the project was to build a new, 4,300 sq. ft. office for the personal injury law firm, Strype Lawyers, which moved from its former location in downtown Toronto after 25 years. The previous configuration of the space was composed of three, separate offices, which were converted into one unit. Strype’s new office – located on the fifth floor at 4789 Yonge St.–features oak ceiling details, custom filing cabinets and a compact, energy recovery ventilator (ERV) that reduces the energy con- sumption of the office’s new, HVAC system, while improving indoor air quality.
The project is designed in collaboration with KFA Architects and Planners.
